PENCIL PARTNER MINISTRY

 

IUMC has a Pencil Partner ministry with Jere Baxter Alternative School across the street on Hart Lane.  If you would like to help provide any of the items on the teachers' "wish list", please bring them by the church office and we will take them to the school.

 

Wish List:

 

* 2 magazine racks (wooden & cardboard)

* Punch-out letters for bulletin boards

* Bottled water

* Belts (for high school uniforms)

* Kleenex

* Wrapped candy & gum

* Art paint & art brushes

* Pencils, ink pens, dry erase markers

* Large construction paper

* Hand sanitizer

Along with participating in Community Care Fellowship Meals, IUMC is now collecting items to assist with the needs of the participants in the program.  If you would like to donate any of the items listed below, bring them by the church office.
